Sun room is spacious with sliding glass doors to outdoor deck. Porches and decks create lovely outdoor space. Log studio was built from the original log barn.Excellent lighting. Original wood craved trough remains in the studio. Pond is 12 ft deep with flat shale bottom, sides lined in shale, and has a spill way. Road to farm is dirt from the county road. Drive way is a right of way thru neighboring farm. Currently there are 4 gates on the road, but cattle guards are permitted to replace the gates.Property begins at 4th gate. Excellent Bird including hawk watching areas. Owner has maintained the home since 1970s, providing comfort, but enjoyed authenticity of a West Virginia farm.
